Victor John is a British African entrepreneur who has successfully created products under the brand name VICTORUS from 1990 to date, from luxury watches, fine jewellery, fashion jewellery and accessories, air purifiers, clothing and fashion and many more. One of the most impactful product to date is VICTORUS LASHES which is in over 2000 stores in UK and across 12 European Countries and it’s a leading brand in all cosmetics and beauty stores and a property developer which has a portfolio of 50 homes with plan to build over 100,000 in the next 10years (from 2021-2031).

Rodney Appiah is a former investment banker, NED and VC investor with nearly 15 years of financial services experience across UK and Europe. He is currently the Chairman of Cornerstone Partners, a leading UK angel network focused on seed stage investments to support black and diverse founders. Rodney is an experienced board director and works with a number of early stage high growth businesses, particularly in the technology, consumer and business services sector.
