Lonsdale Medical Centre wish to appoint a self-motivated and enthusiastic Manager with good leadership skills. You must have a deep understanding of primary care health services, together with a passion for improving lives and improving healthcare.
We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive and flexible Practice / Business manager with excellent interpersonal skills to take on the reins of our 15,000 patient population primary care organisation. We provide GMS and enhanced services.
You will have experience in managing an organisation within the NHS, preferably in Primary Care. The successful candidate will require an ability to manage the complexities of a practice of 20+ staff plus 5 partners with excellent knowledge of finance, accounting, HR, Health & Safety, Enhanced Services, CQC etc. You will have a formal qualification in health management.

You should have excellent communication skills, financial & book keeping knowledge (Payroll), high IT proficiency and experience in HR. It is essential you have at least 3 years recent and proven experience in Primary Healthcare Management.
